UPDATE: I OREDERED LAST NIGHT, THEY MAY HAVE BEEN BUSY, BUT MY FOOD WAS COLD WHEN IT ARRIVED. MY NOODLED WERE NOT ALL THE WAY COOKED. MY STROMBOLI HAD A BURNT SMELL TO IT WHILE IT LOOKED OKAY IT TASTED TERRIBLE. I SPENT 47 DOLLARS JUST TO HAVE TO EAR A BOWL OF CEREAL FOR DINNER. SO WE MAY NEED TO HELP SMALL BUSINESSES, BUT WHY? WHEN DUGOUT SEEMS TO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SERVE YOU? WELL WHY SHOULD I GIVE YOU MY MONEY. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. JUST A DISAPPOINTMENT.. My food is always delivered fast. The last few times I have ordered from them, my food is still hot when I get it. :) Happy customer here.

I had steak and shrimp the other night and it was great. Kristen is the sweetest server I have ever known and she's always in a great mood, makes me want to go there all the time. I love the dugout!!!

Ordeed delivery to the hotel 0.9 miles away delivery est was 60 to 90 minutes after and hour and 50 minutes I called and was told it was walking out the door and they apologized for the delay almost 30 minutes later delivery driver called asking the address of the hotel Taco pizza arrived Luke warm at best mostly uncut although the ridiculous amount of lettuce was still cold

Employees are friendly and great, problem is everything here is under cooked. Under portioned. Underwhelming. And cold. Wouldn’t recommend this place when there’s competitive pricing and better food close by.

Horrible service. It's been an hour and a half and i haven't seen my delivery guy. I called and they said they were cooking it. Then i called back and they said they couldn't refund my money and i would have to call them at the end of the month to get my money back. And then i called back and they said that some place named slice would owe me the money.This place it's a rip off. It's been two hours and still no pizza. Plus the guy can barely speak english and the whole time some girl is laughing in the background while we talk. Worst service I've ever had. Par none.

Worst experience. Food wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be. Tasted horrible and management didn't want to make it right. He was rude and made light of the situation. They do not give refunds for any reason. I will never go back and strongly suggest no one eats there

Ordered her hundreds of times in the past. Thought I would give them another chance. Boy, was that a mistake. I ordered wings and it looks like they starve the chicken to death instead of killing it...very tiny. They were overcooked in what was obviously, old grease that had not been changed in days. I won't even get started on the Stromboli that was severely undercooked and brushed with a fake garlic substance to hide the taste of bad food. To top it off the service was horrible, and the man cooking was extremely rude. There are way too many options for people to be having to put up with this garbage.

The food was nut even close to what we expected. I purchased cheese steak and there was NO CHEESE on the hoagies. The meaty was actually ground beef not steak. This was very disappointing

The cheesesteaks are great. They actually have meat on them! Also love the free breadstick appetizers. Good service and great price. I mean 10$ with the tip! 😮

Usually good food and prompt but tonight was a disappointment. Called the store and was told they missed my order of almost $40. I’m still waiting on my food as we speak. I ordered at 5:28 pm and it’s 7:34pm.

I'm very disappointed I order from here alot I ordered from here couple days ago it took over 2 hrs to get my food they said they serve the hoagies with chips didn't get any tried to get a discount and wouldn't give me one the put the wrong address and said we have them the wrong # well y'all got caller ID so they should have the # already bad business

Food was awful steak Cassadia was repulsive, fries were not done, coleslaw was gross hot dog was chewy

The waitress was amazing! FREE APPETIZERS TOO!!! The app was garlic knot things with homemade sauce. The food was amazing and was a good price as well. Will def be going back.

Went there today and ordered the Hotdog special. The cook reached in his pocket and gave one of the delivery drivers some money. Then went and grabbed my Hotdog bun , without washing his hands. That done it for me, That's nasty. Cancelled my order.
